Wallace Throws No-Hitter as the Lakers Defeat Ocoee

Gracie Wallace was brilliant in the circle on Monday afternoon, as the junior threw her fourth no-hitter of the season to lead the Lakers past Ocoee 10-0.

Mia Williams got things going for the Lakers in the first inning as the sophomore tripled on a 3-0 count, scoring one run. The Lakers added to their lead by scoring a run in the second and third innings respectively. In the bottom of the fourth, Ariana Lara, Meredith Workman, Madison Carr, and Zoie Pistel all moved runners across the plate with RBIs as the Lakers took a 10-0 lead.

Wallace earned her sixth victory on the rubber for the Lakers as the righty allowed zero hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out 11.
