Beth Roe has been named Director of Girls' Volleyball Operations, where she will oversee the development and direction of the entire program. Kevin Schmidt has been appointed Head Varsity Coach, while Vincent Onfri will serve as Assistant Varsity Coach. Heather Berg will return to lead the middle school program as Head Middle School Coach.

Roe transitions into her new leadership role after helping establish a strong foundation for Windermere Prep Volleyball. As Director of Girls' Volleyball Operations, she will provide strategic leadership for the program, overseeing player development, coaching mentorship, program culture, and the long-term vision for girls' volleyball.

Schmidt joins the Lakers with an extensive background in both high school and club volleyball, most recently serving as Head Coach at Edgewater High School. He currently coaches with 407 Volleyball Club, where he leads multiple nationally competitive teams, and previously coached at PEAK Volleyball Club. Earlier in his career, Schmidt guided GL High School in New Jersey to three state championships, establishing a proven record of building championship-caliber programs. He also brings valuable experience coaching high school soccer and a passion for developing student-athletes on and off the court. 

Joining the varsity staff is Vincent Onfri, who brings a strong background in club volleyball and player development. Onfri has coached with Reach Elite Volleyball Club and 407 Volleyball Club, leading multiple age groups while emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and competitive excellence.
