Kim brings nearly two decades of experience in golf instruction and player development to Windermere Prep. A PGA of America Class A Professional, he is the co-founder of Team JK Golf Academy and has built a reputation for helping golfers of all ages develop their skills through a personalized, fundamentals-based approach to coaching.

Throughout his career, Kim has earned numerous professional certifications, including TPI Certified Instructor, Fast First Certified Instructor, K-Motion Certified Instructor, TrackMan 4 Analyzer, CG2 Launch Monitor Certified, USGA Rules Certified, and Titleist Club Fitting Certified. He is also a USGTF Master Professional and has served as a First Tee Director since 2007, reflecting his longstanding commitment to developing young golfers both on and off the course.

Known for his expertise in short-game instruction, Kim combines modern golf technology with individualized coaching to help players maximize their performance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and a growth mindset while fostering an environment where student-athletes can thrive as competitors, teammates, and leaders.
