WINTER PARK, FL - The Lakers got out to a fast start against host Trinity Prep as WPS rolled to a 44-19 win over the Saints to improve to 2-2 on the season.

On the game's opening drive, the Lakers marched 75-yards as Zane Fullmer connected with Mason Williams on a 14-yard pass to take an 8-0 lead. Following a Saints turnover on downs, Fullmer and Williams hooked up again, this time for a 50-yard touchdown as the Lakers built an early 16-0 lead. Windermere Prep added to their first quarter lead, as Fullmer completed his third touchdown pass as the junior found Jacob Lowe for a six-yard score.

After the Lakers' defense forced a Saints' punt, WPS went to the air again as Fullmer connected with Williams for a third time in the first half on a 41-yard touchdown pass.

Trailing 37-0, the Saints got on the scoreboard as Jevon Pinard scampered 70-yards for a Trinity Prep touchdown.

Just before half, Fullmer called his own number and sprinted 58-yards for a Lakers touchdown.

Fullmer finished the night completing 9 of 13 passes for 202 yards and five touchdowns and rushed seven times for 117 yards. Williams led the Lakers with 139 yards receiving yards. Lowe led the Lakers with 11 tackles.
