Coach Greer joins the Lakers with a dynamic background that includes roles as a school administrator, high school educator, and head coach of award-winning athletic programs. He has led multiple schools in Central Florida to unprecedented success, earning the prestigious "Coach of the Year" recognition ten times during his 15-year tenure with Orange County Public Schools.

Most recently, Coach Greer served as Head Coach at Timber Creek and Windermere High Schools, where his teams broke school records, sent athletes to state championships, and established a reputation for excellence on and off the field. Under his leadership, student-athletes consistently ranked among the top performers in Florida.

Beyond coaching, Mr. Greer holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Northwest Missouri State University. His instructional career includes roles as a school administrator, adjunct college professor, and teacher in both middle and high school settings. He holds Florida certifications in English (5–9), Social Science (5–12), and Athletic Coaching.

A passionate educator and innovator, Mr. Greer is also the founder and CEO of High Performance Athletics™ (HighProA™)—a nationally recognized training facility that has supported student-athletes in their transitions from high school to collegiate competition. His leadership in this arena demonstrates a proven track record of team management, client success, and business growth.
