Girls' Basketball Wins Back to Back District Championships

The Lakers Also Captured The Citrus League Championship

FEBRUARY 8 - Congratulations to our girls' basketball team on winning their second consecutive District Championship! With the win, the Lakers also captured The Citrus League Championship for the first time program history. The Lakers are now 19-7 on the season.

The Lakers were led by junior Jazlyn Bowman who scored 17 points. Sophomores Eni Oyedeji and Mikayla Evans each added 11 and 10 respectively for the Lakers.

The girls advance to the FHSAA Class 3A Regional Quarterfinals on Thursday, February 13.
