We are asking for names of those in our school community who are either fighting this disease, can celebrate surviving, or those who have lost their battle. If you or someone you know would like to be honored, please complete this form. Their names will be proudly showcased on banners in the gym for the month of October to remind us of this ongoing battle.

All students, staff and faculty will be permitted to wear appropriate pink tops and pants for the recognized day in exchange for any monetary donation.
