WINDERMERE PREP LAKERS ATHLETICS

Justin Reynolds serves as the Retail and Apparel Manager and Residential Life Dorm Parent at Windermere Prep after serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics for the previous five years. He joined the Lakers from Stetson University, where he held the roles of Interim Equipment Manager and Game Day Manager for Stetson athletics. In these capacities, Justin managed the equipment room for 18 collegiate sports and served as the point of contact for team travel, logistics, and lodging. Additionally, he was responsible for overseeing game day operations and managing all summer camps on campus.

A graduate of Stetson University, Justin was a member of the Hatters’ football program until an injury ended his playing career. He recently completed his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University.

In his dual role at Windermere Prep, Justin combines his extensive background in athletic management with his commitment to student well-being, contributing to the school's vibrant community both in retail operations and residential life.
