Robert O’Quinn serves as Assistant Athletic Director at Windermere Prep, where he oversees the Sports Medicine and Performance Departments. A highly experienced athletic trainer and sports medicine professional, Robert is dedicated to ensuring the health, safety, and peak performance of all Laker student-athletes.
A native of Kansas, Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University, where he worked with multiple sports programs, including the university’s nationally recognized Men’s Basketball team. He went on to complete his master’s degree at Kansas State University, focusing on Women’s Tennis while also assisting with Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, and Track & Field.
Before joining Windermere Prep, Robert gained extensive experience in both collegiate and clinical settings. He served as Associate Athletic Trainer at Webber International University, where he led care for Men’s Basketball and Men’s and Women’s Golf, and helped implement advanced safety and injury prevention measures for all student-athletes. He also worked with CORA Physical Therapy, assisting patients with rehabilitation while providing outreach care to local high schools, including serving as Director of Sports Medicine for The Master’s Academy.
Robert is ASTYM-certified, a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. His professional expertise, combined with a passion for supporting student-athletes, makes him an integral part of the Windermere Prep athletic community.
Robert and his wife, Danielle, are proud parents of two children, Legend and Berkely, and are thrilled to be part of the Laker family.
