Lauren Zabriskie is a Lower School Physical Education Teacher and member of the volleyball coaching staff at Windermere Prep. With a strong background in health education and collegiate athletics, she brings a blend of teaching excellence and high-level volleyball experience to the Laker community.
Zabriskie most recently served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Lindenwood University Beach Volleyball Team, where she was involved in practice planning, game strategy, and player development for a competitive NCAA program. As an athlete, she competed for four years at Austin Peay State University as a middle blocker, amassing 773 kills and 323 blocks during her collegiate career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2014.
Before joining Windermere Prep, Zabriskie taught Physical Health and Strength Training at Incarnate Word Academy and St. Joseph School in Missouri. She is a certified First Aid and CPR instructor through the American Heart Association, emphasizing student safety, wellness education, and long-term fitness.
Coach Zabriskie supports both indoor and beach volleyball at Windermere Prep and is known for her passion, leadership, and student-centered approach. Her combined expertise in the classroom and on the court makes her a valuable member of the Windermere Prep team.
