Jason Greer brings over 25 years of experience in education, administration, and athletics to Windermere Preparatory School, where he serves as the Head Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field, as well as a valued member of our High School faculty.
Coach Greer has built a distinguished career as an educator and leader, earning recognition as a ten-time "Coach of the Year" during his 15 years with Orange County Public Schools. His coaching journey includes successful tenures at Timber Creek and Windermere High Schools, where his teams set school records, qualified for state championships, and earned a reputation for academic and athletic excellence.
In addition to coaching, Mr. Greer is a seasoned educator with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Northwest Missouri State University. His career includes roles as a school administrator, adjunct college professor, and classroom teacher across middle and high school levels. He holds Florida certifications in English (5–9), Social Science (5–12), and Athletic Coaching.
Coach Greer is also the founder and CEO of High Performance Athletics™ (HighProA™), a nationally recognized training facility dedicated to preparing student-athletes for collegiate-level competition. His entrepreneurial leadership reflects a deep commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes and fostering long-term success.
