Brian Hoff is the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Windermere Prep, where he has built one of the premier basketball programs in Florida. Since joining the Lakers in 2018, he has led the team to six district championships and back-to-back FHSAA State Runner-up finishes in 2022–23 and 2023–24, earning multiple Coach of the Year honors, including four consecutive FACA District 11 awards.

A former standout player, Brian captained Arlington Country Day in Jacksonville to a state championship before continuing his career at Florida State University (2005–2009). At FSU, he served as team captain during the 2008–09 season, helping the Seminoles return to national prominence with four consecutive postseason appearances, including the NCAA Tournament and NIT.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Finance from Florida State, Brian earned dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sport Business Management from the University of Central Florida’s prestigious DeVos Sport Business Management program, where he also worked with Dr. Richard Lapchick at The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport.

Brian began his coaching career at Providence School in Jacksonville, serving six seasons as Associate Head Coach. During that time, Providence reached four State Finals and won two State Championships, while producing numerous college-bound players, including several who went on to programs like Duke University and N.C. State.

In addition to his on-court success, Brian is dedicated to fostering the holistic development of student-athletes at Windermere Prep, emphasizing academic excellence, character, and community. He and his wife, Amy, live in Winter Garden with their three children—Andrew, Henry, and Palmer—where they remain actively involved in the local community.
