Boys' Weightlifting Wins District Championship

March 31 - The Windermere Prep Boys' Weightlifting Team won the school's first ever Boys' Weightlifting District Championship over Trinity Prep, Lake Highland, Foundation Academy, Montverde Academy and Orangewood Christian. First place finishers for WPS were: Carson Marosi, Jaxon McCormick, Jack Durst, Oliver Cowin and Zane Fullmer. The team moves onto the FHSAA Class 1A - Region 3 finals on Wednesday, April 6 at South Sumter. The weigh-in times start at 3:00 pm with the meet set to start at 4:30 pm.
