WINDERMERE, FL (11.19) - The girls' basketball team earned their first win of the season by defeating Trinity Prep, 43-25. Eight-grader Sofiah Miller scored a career-high 17 points to go along with 12 rebounds and freshman Morgan Bridges added 12 points and 15 rebounds for the Lakers. 

Head coach, Radhika Miller earned her first win as the Lakers coach. WPS will be back in action on Tuesday, December 1 when they take on The First Academy Royals at 7:00 pm.
